Team Schofield of Realty Guys Inc., Brokerage consists of four team members, Allan Schofield- Team Coordinator with over 23 years of Real Estate Experience, Chantelle Schofield- Sales Representative, Kristy Schofield- Broker and Brian Schofield- Broker of Record and Company Owner with over 37 years of Real Estate experience. We also have an office in Toronto and Ottawa. Combined we have the knowledge and professionalism to succeed and achieve the results you are after.
We are devoted in what we do and always put our clients’ interest first. We are eager to prove ourselves and to grow the company; in return the next home sold could be yours!

When I was young, I set my dreams and goals high. I was 12 years old delivering newspapers. One of my customers across the street was a Real Estate agent. This guy worked hard, he was always smiling and felt so good making people happy getting them into nice homes. When he had little time off, he traveled all over, and he always had a sweet car. I decided one day I was going to be just like him.
Over 35 years ago in 1986 I obtained my Real Estate License and started my career. I looked young but held my own and did ok.
In 1997 over a coffee, I talked my Dad into being my partner. We joined Remax and became TEAM SCHOFIELD and never looked back.
In 2007 I went to York University and got my Brokers license
In 2010 I decided to build an office/home on 2 acres right on the corner of Sherbrooke and Brealey. I moved my office out of Remax and opened up a small satellite remax branch. My Dad went back and forth from my office to the downtown office.
October 2011 I was ready for the next step. I opened up REALTY GUYS INC.. My Dad joined me at the new company. Right from the start we were a success. In 2015 TEAM SCHOFIELD grew (3 Generations) . My Oldest Daughter Chantelle joined us as a licensed Real estate sales rep. In 2016 my youngest daughter Kristy became a Toronto Real Estate sales rep and now is a Broker.
April 2020 I opened our 2nd REALTY GUYS INC. office this one in Toronto. The plan was in the works since we opened in 2011. Kristy joins REALTY GUYS INC. TORONTO and teams up with her sister Chantelle to create sister power! The TORONTO/PETERBOROUGH CONNECTION!!
April 2021 we opened up a third office in Ottawa 2021.
Over the years I have been very fortunate to have family work with me and support me along the way. My company has got stronger and stronger every day and I am so proud of my company I want nothing but the best for my clients and future clients. I stay on top of technology and change with the times to give you the best service available.

As Brian predicted we built up a very successful business and in the fall of 2011, Brian thought it was time to open his own brokerage namely Realty Guys Inc Brokerage. We continued to strengthen our business together as “Team Schofield”.
Spring of 2015 Chantelle and spring of 2016 Kristy (Brian’s daughter’s, my granddaughter’s) became a licensed Realtors joining Realty Guys Inc Brokerage allowing us 3 generations on “Team Schofield”
I’m proud to be working together as family to serve you. I know work as the project coordinator helping my Son Brian and my Granddaughter’s but also have 23 years of Real Estate Experience behind me.
Chantelle Schofield

Chantelle has worked in Real Estate for 8 years, she uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue. She enjoys helping with every detail of the transaction from the first phone call all the way to close.
Chantelle has gained a wealth of knowledge to help you make informed decisions with lots of experience in condo, rural, waterfront and home purchases. Chantelle has owned a condo before and has helped guide our clients through the process and answer a lot of questions along the way. She enjoys showing waterfront and sells mainly in the Peterborough and Kawarthas area. Being born and raised in the Peterborough and Kawarthas area she mainly focuses on selling locally. Kristy Schofield
Kristy has been in real estate since 2016. She is currently a dual Broker for both the Toronto and Peterborough boards. Having lived downtown Toronto for 6 years and Peterborough being her hometown she is well versed in both locations and often helps her Peterborough clients move to Toronto and vice versa. Over the years Kristy has gained a wealth of knowledge to help you make informed decisions. With experience in; probate (estate sales), condo sales & freehold (pre-construction, new build & resale). With a Business Administration Diploma from Fleming College specializing in Marketing Kristy is well equipped to market your property in the best way possible.
